ChatNow (chatnow.my) is operated by 360Marketing ("we", "us"). By using this website or purchasing a branded link, you agree to these terms.
ChatNow provides (a) a free, browser-based WhatsApp link generator that stores nothing, and (b) paid branded links in the form chatnow.my/yourname that redirect visitors to a WhatsApp number you control. Branded links only ever redirect to WhatsApp chat destinations — no other destination type is supported, and this restriction is deliberate.
You may not use ChatNow links for anything unlawful in Malaysia, for impersonating another person, brand or institution (including banks, government agencies and delivery services), for spam, or for misleading marketing. We may refuse or revoke any name that in our judgment impersonates a third party or puts the chatnow.my domain's reputation at risk. Names are approved at our discretion.
A branded link is a subscription, renewed yearly. While your subscription is active, the name is exclusively yours. You are responsible for keeping the destination number correct and for the content of your own WhatsApp conversations — those happen inside WhatsApp and never pass through us.
We remind you before your link expires. After expiry there is a 7-day grace period during which the link continues to work, followed by a holding page. We do not resell your name immediately after expiry, but a name that remains unrenewed may eventually be released.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription year.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
