The free generator stores nothing — your number and message never leave your browser. For paid links, we store what's needed to run your link and bill you, we count clicks in aggregate, and we never store your customers' personal data.
Links are built entirely in your browser. We do not receive, transmit or store the phone number or message you type. We keep a single anonymous counter of how many links have been generated — a number, nothing attached to it.
To operate your link we store: your chosen name, the destination WhatsApp number, the pre-filled message, your contact details (name, email, phone) for billing and renewal reminders, and the link's expiry date.
When someone opens your link we redirect them to WhatsApp and increase a click counter. We do not store their phone number, identity or message — we never see the conversation. Click statistics are aggregate only (counts per day, per link).
We use a session cookie for admin login and a preference cookie for language choice. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not sell or share your data. Payment processing (when available online) is handled by the payment provider under their own privacy policy; we never see your card number.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. WhatsApp us at +60 13-313 6060 and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.
