If you bought a branded link and change your mind within 7 days of activation, WhatsApp us and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no forms. The name is released back to the pool.
Yearly subscriptions are not refundable pro-rata after the first 7 days, because the name has been reserved exclusively for you for the year. If something on our side stops your link from working and we can't fix it, we'll refund the unused portion — that one's on us.
When you move up a plan mid-year, we credit the unused months of your current plan against the new one. You never pay twice for the same months.
